Toaster Waffle Recipe
These waffles saaave me on school mornings! We flash freeze them right away and then pop them in the toaster on our way out the door! Sometimes we add chocolate chips, but lately we’ve been more into adding peanut butter and maple syrup on top! We’ve also done strawberries and fresh whipping cream! So many options.
Anywho, here we go!
Ingredients
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. organic cane sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. coconut oil (or melted butter)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Heat waffle maker all the way up. Pour batter into the center of your waffle maker, close the lid and wait til it says ready!
If freezing for the week, transfer individually to the freezer until frozen. Once frozen, you can stack them up or put inside a baggie or container of choice. Pop them in the toaster when you’re ready to eat!
